I never believed in these things about myself that are written on this canvas. I’m lovable? Magnificent? Valuable? Worth it? Quite the opposite, I felt deep shame for who I was. While our stories might be different, I feel like they’re related.

I write these words now from a place of healing. I am the person telling you here in this moment… You are magnificent. You are lovable. You are valuable. You are worth it. You know why?

Because you’re enough the way you are because you simply exist.
